Ready for a classic 2 piece suit that never goes out of style? This late 1940s black and white weaved fabric set comes with a cropped blazer, and a long a-line skirt with a metal side zipper and button. The jacket has 3/4 length cuffed sleeves, all the original buttons, small shoulder pads, and soft black velvet collar. It is in excellent condition. Label reads "Junior Fashions by Carole King", feels like a cotton blend. The bust of the jacket measures 34 inches, the skirt waist 24 inches and the hips 44 inches. Shown on a dress form measuring Bust 33 1/2 inches, Waist 21 1/2 inches, Hip 34 inches. This is an authentic vintage set in wearable condition, that was cleaned and repaired (if necessary). Flaws will be noted, but please ask any questions you may have, as this is a FINAL SALE garment and cannot be returned. All items are measured flat the same way we measure our reproduction items. The maximum measurement is listed. Most vintage fabrics do not have stretch, so please take that into consideration when looking at size. (Ad from 1948.)
